I’ve identified a real need that’s not often addressed in real estate … housing transitions for those age 55+. Maintaining independent living later in life can be challenging because things like home maintenance and health concerns often get in the way. I’ve gained keen insight into the unique issues, decisions and housing challenges facing those aged 55+. Senior independent living is often the goal my clients are seeking.
Finances, investments, insurance and life situations impact the big decisions related to selling the family home. These factors also play into choosing the best housing options to pursue. So, I work with a variety of specialists serving the senior market including estate planners, attorneys, and CPAs. My team approach includes connections to a wide network of local community resources and service agencies.
As a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services, I focus on building relationships to learn about customer needs to define the vision for each of them. That means working with each home buyer to find the best available home and with each seller to create a unique marketing plan to sell their home. I am a full-time REALTOR® providing personalized services for sellers, buyers, and investors.

My office is located in Peters Township and I live in North Strabane Township. I’m the past Treasurer of the Rotary Club of McMurray in Peters Township and a board member of the Peters Township Chamber of Commerce.
